| Return Policy We will gladly accept returns and exchanges We must be notified of the intent to return or exchange your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. All returns require return authorization. Email us for an RA Number before returning an item. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received and sealed in the original, unopened package. All return will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed for all returned items. All sales are final on used products No exchanges or refunds of any kind are offered on any used products. We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on putters after they have been cut or gripped. So please order and check your items carefully.
